Coplestonians FC have been a registered charity with effect from 13th April 2022. There are a number of differing charity types and we have chosen Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) number 1198626 under the designation of 'the advancement of amateur sport for the public benefit'.

Our objectives as a CIO are: -

The promotion of community participation in healthy recreation in the east Ipswich area, including the catchment of Copleston High School and its feeder primary schools, by the provision of playing football.

We currently have seven Trustees, responsible for the CIO, and we can add to that number as it is intended to introduce new Trustees or replace existing Trustees as time moves on.
